Machine polishing is a process that involves the use of a specifically designed polisher to remove scratches, blemishes and swirl marks from your vehicles paintwork.
Used in conjunction with the correct cutting compound, machine polishing is the only way to fully revive dull, lifeless paintwork and bring back shine. Hand polishing does have its place in valeting, but a machine will 99% of the time be more effective.
The machines I use are professionally designed and tailored for car valeting. There are two types of polishers I use. A rotary and a Random Orbital. A rotary polisher will tend to generate more heat whilst polishing a car, so is really only used on very extreme cases of paint failure. The Random Orbital polisher is used for all other cases.
The Random Orbital polisher moves in a completely different motion to the rotary. Whilst a rotary polisher moves in perfect circles, the orbital will move in a random motion and therefore mimics the motion of hand polishing, but at a much much faster rate (about 1500 rpm) results from an orbital are clearly noticable.
With a combination of over 10 different polishing pads and cutting compounds, I always ensure that your vehicles paintwork is cared for in the correct way to achieve the best results possible.
Below you will see just how effective my polishers can be.

This bonnet displays an extreme case of paint failure. By using a rotary polsiher the paintwork was revived.

Here you can see how the Random Orbital polisher can be used to create very highly polished surfaces, with deep lustre and shine.
